Code of Conduct
Last updated:
Respect for everyone on-site
Every player, coach, official, staff member, and spectator deserves a facility where they feel safe and respected. Competitive intensity is welcome. Disrespect is not. Treat referees, opposing teams, staff, and other guests the way you would want to be treated.
Zero tolerance
We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abusive language of any kind, whether directed at another participant, an official, a spectator, or a staff member. This includes conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age. It applies to everyone on-site: players, coaches, parents, and spectators alike.
Spectators
Spectators are welcome to cheer, encourage, and enjoy the game. Spectators must stay off the playing surface during active play, keep coaching feedback constructive, and never confront officials, opposing players, or other spectators. Staff may ask a disruptive spectator to leave at any time.
Consequences
Violations are handled on an escalating basis, at staff discretion based on severity:
- Warning: a verbal warning from staff and a request to stop the behaviour.
- Removal: removal from the facility for the remainder of the session, without refund.
- Suspension: suspension of booking privileges for a period determined by facility management, for repeated or severe violations.
Severe incidents such as threats or violence may skip directly to removal or suspension.
Reporting a concern
If you experience or witness a violation of this code, report it to the front desk staff on duty as soon as possible, or call us afterward at (365) 524-7662. We take every report seriously and will follow up.
