Liability & Insurance

Assumption of risk
Sports and athletic activity carries an inherent risk of injury. By booking or entering The Wolfden, every participant, coach, guardian, and spectator acknowledges that risk and agrees to participate at their own risk. Facility staff supervise the space and enforce these policies, but do not supervise or referee individual games or training sessions unless a staffed program has been separately arranged.
Waiver requirement
Every participant, or a parent or guardian for participants under 18, must have a signed liability waiver on file before taking the field. First-time bookers complete this digitally during checkout. Leagues and teams booking recurring time can submit a single team roster waiver in advance through the front desk.
Team and organization insurance
We strongly recommend that any team, league, club, or organization booking The Wolfden carry its own general liability insurance covering its players, coaches, and events. Proof of insurance may be requested for tournaments, private events, or recurring league bookings.
Facility insurance
The Wolfden maintains commercial general liability insurance covering the facility and its operations. Insurance provider, policy number, and coverage limits are pending confirmation from the facility's insurance broker.
Personal property
The Wolfden is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property, including items left in locker rooms, the lobby, or the parking lot. Please keep valuables with you or leave them at home.
Reporting an injury
Report any injury to the front desk staff on duty immediately, no matter how minor it seems. Staff will complete an incident report and can direct you to first aid on-site. See our Safety policy for emergency procedures.
