Emergency exits

Marked emergency exits are located at the front entrance, the west side door adjacent to the locker rooms, and the rear loading door behind the turf bay. In the event of an evacuation, leave promptly through the nearest marked exit and proceed to the assembly point in the front parking lot, away from the building.

First aid and AED

A stocked first-aid kit is located at the front desk. An automated external defibrillator is mounted on the wall outside the locker rooms, pending confirmation of the exact location. Front desk staff are trained in its use. Ask any staff member for immediate assistance.

Reporting an incident

Report any injury, near-miss, or safety hazard to the front desk staff on duty immediately. Staff will complete an incident report, provide or call for first aid as needed, and follow up with anyone involved. Do not wait until the end of your session to report something. Tell us right away.

Weather and power outages

If severe weather or a power outage affects the facility during your booked session, staff will direct all participants and spectators to a safe area and pause play until conditions are safe to resume. Sessions cancelled for this reason are refunded in full. See our Refund policy.

Concussion awareness

If a player takes a blow to the head or shows signs of a possible concussion such as confusion, dizziness, headache, nausea, or balance problems, remove them from play immediately. Do not let a player with suspected concussion symptoms return to the session, even if they insist they feel fine. When in doubt, sit it out.

Emergency contact

For anything requiring immediate emergency response, call 911 first, then notify the front desk. For non-emergency facility safety questions, call us at (365) 524-7662.
